About the Program
What is the PBT Partner Program?
The PBT Partner Program is a way for certified PBT teachers to earn commission by sharing the equipment they already use and love. Once approved, you’ll receive a unique tracking link and access to exclusive wholesale pricing — no upfront costs or stock handling required.
Do I need to be a certified PBT teacher to join?
Yes. You must have completed at least Level 1 of the official PBT Certification to apply. We’ll verify your certification when you submit your application.
Is there any cost to join the program?
None at all. The program is free to join — no fees, no hidden charges, and no required inventory purchases.
Can I leave the program at any time?
Absolutely. You're free to leave whenever you choose, with no notice period or cancellation fee.
Earnings & Discounts
How do I earn as a Partner?
You’ll receive a personal tracking link to share with your students, community, or social media audience. When someone places an order through that link, you earn a commission.
What Partner discount am I entitled to?
PBT Partners automatically receive 20% off on any purchase. When you sign up, please reach out to us, say hi, and we will activate your 20% discount in the PBT store.
How do I get paid?
Partner commissions are paid via PayPal. We reconcile earnings on the 1st of each month and process payments within 5 business days.
Can I use my Partner account for personal purchases?
Yes — you can use your Partner discount to purchase PBT equipment for yourself or your studio. Just note that purchases made using your discount won’t earn you commission.
Can I combine my Partner discount with other offers or promotions?
No — your Partner discount can’t be used alongside other sales, promotional codes, or bundle offers.
Can I order discounted equipment for my studio?
Definitely. Many Partners use their account to stock their studios with our equipment at exclusive pricing. These orders won’t earn commission, but they benefit from the Partner discount.
Is there a minimum order requirement to stay active?
Nope. There’s no minimum order volume or sales requirement — whether you refer one customer or one hundred, your partnership is always welcome.
Orders & Fulfillment
How do students or customers place an order through me?
Once approved, you’ll receive a unique tracking link. You can share this link directly with students, include it in your email signature, or post it on your website or socials. When customers purchase through your link, it automatically tracks to your account.
Do I need to carry stock or ship products myself?
Not at all. All fulfillment is handled by PBT. We pack and ship every order directly from our warehouses — you never have to touch a box.
Can I take orders outside the PBT Store?
Yes! You’re welcome to promote and sell PBT equipment through your studio, website, or social channels. If you'd like to sell in person (e.g. at workshops or classes), you can pre-purchase equipment using your Partner discount through the store.
Do you ship internationally, and how long does it take?
Yes — we ship globally from our fulfillment hubs in Australia, USA, Ireland, and China.
- Standard Shipping: 1–5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 1–2 business days (where available)
Who handles returns, exchanges, or customer issues?
We do. Our dedicated PBT customer service team manages all post-sale support, including returns, faults, exchanges, and refunds — so you don’t have to.

How do I track my orders and earnings?
