PBT Returns Policy

PBT are committed to providing high-quality products and ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Our returns policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law, as well as consistent with global standards.

Change of Mind:

  • We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
  • However, we do offer exchanges or store credit within 30 days of purchase, provided that the items are unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Defective Products:

  • Our products come with 12 month warranties to protect you against defects.
  • If a product has a major defect, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.
  • For minor issues, we will repair or replace the product as appropriate.

Proof of Purchase:

  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns, exchanges, and warranty claims. Acceptable forms of proof include a receipt, bank statement, or order confirmation email.

Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact PBT within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Detailed instructions for returning your item will be provided by our customer service team.

Shipping Costs:

  • Free returns are covered by PBT.

Refunds:

  • Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 3 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Store credits will be issued within 3 business days and can be used on future purchases from our store.
