This policy is designed to align with European Union (EU) consumer protection laws, as well as the applicable local laws in non-EU countries such as Norway and Switzerland.
1. Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
To initiate a return during this period, please contact us at customerservice@pbt.dance with your order details. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Conditions: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact. Please ensure all garments have the tags attached, all products are placed inside their original packaging, and are appropriately packed into an approved mailing satchel or box size. Returns must be shipped within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw.
Return Shipping Costs:
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping during the cooling-off period, unless the product is faulty or misdescribed.
2. Faulty or Misdescribed Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, PBT will:
- Provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you.
- Cover the cost of return shipping and the shipping of any replacement product.
To report an issue, please contact customerservice@pbt.dance within 30 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a detailed description of the issue to help us resolve it promptly.
3. Exchanges
For Faulty Products: If an exchange is required due to a defect or error by PBT, we will send out a replacement free of charge to the customer.
For Voluntary Exchanges (e.g., Size Changes):
- The customer is responsible for the return shipping to our warehouse.
- PBT will cover the exchange shipping cost.
Exchanges must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product.

4. How to Return or Exchange a Product
- Contact Us: Email customerservice@pbt.dance with your order number and the reason for the return or exchange. For faulty items, include photos if applicable.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Prepare the Package: Ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
- Ship the Item: Use a reliable courier service or postal option. Retain proof of postage until the return is processed.
- Processing: Once the package is marked in transit, we will dispatch your goods within 1 business day.
5. Refunds
- Refunds for eligible returns will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
- If a product is faulty or misdescribed, refunds will include the original shipping cost (if applicable).
