Types of Shipping
PBT work with a number of domestic and international carriers worldwide. The main two services we can provide on checkout are:

  • Standard Shipping: a service that is sent economy post. Some couriers will offer tracking. Most economy services will not offer a signature or proof of delivery.
  • Express Shipping: a premium express service. Includes tracking, proof of delivery and an optional signature on delivery service.

Each service is different and we advise you to read this page carefully to determine which service is right for you.

How long does standard shipping take?
PBT uses multiple carrier partners for standard shipping options. Depending on your location, delivery times vary between 1-6 business days domestically and 5-20 business days internationally. Regional or rural areas may take a couple of extra days. When you spend over the minimum threshold marked in the store, PBT provides this service free of charge. If applicable, you will be provided with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

How long does express shipping take?
Domestic express shipping is handled by UPS and Team Global Express. This service is dispatched same day and generally takes 1-3 days.

International express shipments are handled via DHL and UPS. Orders generally take between 2-5 business days. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Regional or rural areas may take a couple of extra days.

Which service is best for me?

The main difference for these two services are time and expedited service at customs. If you require your order within a specific timeframe, or are attending a PBT workshop, we highly recommend purchasing the express service on checkout. If time is not a priority for you, a standard shipping service will fit your needs.


Wholesale Orders:
Depending on the size of a wholesale order, we may contact you post-sale to discuss shipping options. PBT reserves the right to alter the final shipping price before dispatching a wholesale order. Once a wholesale order is processed through our online store, our team will check the best shipping rates available to your desired location. All orders are shipped within 1 business day.

Duties and Taxes
Duty and/or Import Tax might apply depending on the regulations of your country. Our carrier partners will contact you if tax needs to be paid.

Lost, Delayed or Stolen Parcels

Whilst all due care is taken to deliver your order within the timeframe provided, PBT is unable to assist with speeding up the delivery. This depends on the service type you select at checkout and the discretion of the carrier.

A number of factors can affect the delivery of your order. These include, but are not limited to customs delays, network capacity, weather, recipient unavailability or technical issues. If your order falls outside of the delivery timeframe provided by the carrier, please contact customerservice@pbt.dance so we can assist you.

A parcel will not be deemed lost until:

  • The parcel has not arrived within its delivery window provided by the carrier.
  • An investigation by the carrier (actioned by PBT) deems the parcel lost.

All orders are marked as authority to leave. This permits carriers leaving your order in a safe place at the delivery address if you're unable to accept the delivery in person. If you require a signature on delivery, we recommend selecting the premium express service on checkout and provide comments when prompted that you require a signature on delivery. Our warehouse team will select this option for you when we fulfil your order.

Whilst all care is taken to ensure orders are left in a safe and secure place, PBT cannot be held liable for stolen orders.
